Parental Rights Manitoba Coalition

A principled voice for parental rights in Manitoba.

Parental Rights Coalition Manitoba (PRCManitoba) is a non-partisan civic advocacy assembly dedicated to upholding the sovereign, God-given, and inalienable authority of parents in guiding the moral, spiritual, and biological education of their children. Our mission is to safeguard children from age-inappropriate provincial curriculum mandates, counter systemic institutional overreach, and restore regional democratic autonomy to local school divisions through statutory legal frameworks and community-led accountability.

We do not request administrative permission to be heard. We actively enforce the established legislative and democratic mechanisms of Manitoba to mandate the protection of our children, our religious freedoms and our inalienable rights.

what is a coalition?

A coalition is a distinct legal entity with the formal power to lobby all levels of government.

A coalition is not a bureaucratic corporation, a political party, or a gated club. A coalition is a unified network of independent citizens, parents, and community groups who have volunteered to join forces for a single, shared purpose. You do not need an invitation or a membership card to join us. If you share our mission to protect children and defend parental rights, you are already a part of this movement.

Individual parental grievances are frequently neutralized by bureaucratic administrative layers. To counter this, Parental Rights Coalition Manitoba operates under the clear definitions established within The Lobbyists Registration Act of Manitoba (Section 1). Manitoba provincial law explicitly recognizes a "coalition" or unincorporated public interest group as a legitimate entity possessing the statutory standing to engage in direct advocacy.

Because we are a pure grassroots, unfunded assembly of volunteers, we do not collect membership fees, and we do not maintain a public registry of names.

Your action is your membership.

Operational Privacy and Security

To ensure the absolute protection of our network, families, and local organizers from external targeting or institutional reprisal, Parental Rights Coalition Manitoba operates under strict structural privacy.
Our core leadership, governance committees, and individual membership rosters are completely non-public. We remain an organic, decentralized network of Manitobans bound together strictly by our shared principles and our collective actions.

The Power of Direct Lobbying

Under provincial frameworks, direct lobbying is the lawful mechanism by which a coalition communicates with public office holders—including Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), Cabinet Ministers, and School Board Trustees to formally influence:

  • The development, enactment, amendment, or immediate cessation of provincial regulations and curriculum policies.
  • The administrative directives issued to, and enforced by, public education authorities.

Manitoba's provincially mandated 2028 Physical and Health Education framework represents an unprecedented overreach into the domain of the family, stripping parents of their God-given, inalienable authority to guide their children's moral, spiritual, and biological development. By prematurely introducing complex, adult-oriented topics into early elementary grades, this highly sexualized and spiritualized curriculum compromises basic child safety protections and opens the door to systemic institutional grooming. Furthermore, forcing students to conform to state-selected values directly violates the constitutional guarantee of religious freedom. To counter this centralization, our coalition is deploying uniform administrative mandates to force immediate provincial pauses, secure statutory parental opt-out protections, and restore democratic, regional autonomy to local school boards.
